Política de envío

All shipping is done through the US Post Office and will be dispatched within 2-5 business days from date of order.

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class Letter Mail and do not include a tracking number. No estimate delivery date available.

Shipping costs may vary dependent on which products are purchased due to parcel size and weight.

DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, because I have no control over how a package is handled after it is shipped I cannot offer full refunds for items damaged or lost in transit. 

If your tracking says delivered but your order hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office directly.

If your item is severely damaged due to shipping errors please reach out to me at hello@oversleptstudios.com with pictures of the item so I can help you out. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please email me with your order number to request a cancellation. Once you receive a shipping notification, orders can no longer be canceled. After canceling your order, funds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. As a small artist, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Any mistakes on my part (such as sending the incorrect item, or if an item is missing from your order) please email me at oversleptstudios@gmail.com so I can work with you to solve the issue!

ISSUES WITH ORDERS

If an item is defective, missing, or if you received the wrong item, please email me at oversleptstudios@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt so that I can help you out. Typically this will be in the form of a replacement item.
